The Wigela 'Wine & Roses' is a beautiful flowering shrub with rosy pink flowers that appear in late spring and often rebloom in summer. Its rich dark purple foliage provides season long color and is deer resistant. The Wigela 'Wine & Roses' also attracts hummingbirds with its sweet blooms. To ensure lush blooms, it is best to prune immediately after flowering, as the shrub will flower sporadically on current season's growth. It prefers medium moisture and should be fertilized in early spring by applying a slow-release fertilizer.
