Our Sod is 90% Rhizomatous Fescue and 10% Kentucky Bluegrass.
Its grown for its superior density, dark color, and fine leaf texture. The fescue in this mix provides increased spreading ability, deep rooting, and drought tolerant. The Fescues and Kentucky Bluegrass in this mix provide low irrigation requirements once established.
